Best Graduate Essay: Molly Bronstein, “Marie de Clèves’s “Rien ne m’est plus”: Reshaping Widowhood in the Roman de Troyle.” Molly receives 3 years’ membership in SMFS and mentoring towards publication of her essay as an article in Medieval Feminist Forum.
Best article in Medieval Feminist studies, Special Commendation: Dr. Erik Wade, “Representation and Inclusion in the Old English Classroom,” published in Studies in Medieval and Renaissance Teaching 27.2 (2020). Erik receives a $100 honorarium.
Best Article in Medieval Feminist Studies: Dr. M.W. Bychowski and Dr. Dorothy Kim, “Visions of Medieval Trans Feminism: An Introduction,” published in Medieval Feminist Forum 55.1 (2019): 6-41. M.W. and Dorothy receive a $300 honorarium.
